Product Introduction
The machine is specifically a fast chain merging machine, including a body, with a horizontally placed conveyor track on the body, and a swing rod device in front of the conveyor track to guide the chain into the conveyor track. The conveyor track is sequentially equipped with a pressing device, a clamping device, a top belt device, and a pull-down device. When the chain is guided into the conveyor track through the swing rod device, the pressing device presses against the chain inside the conveyor track, and the swing rod device fixes the internal chain and moves closer to the conveyor track.
The clamping device clamps the chain on the conveyor track, adjusts the position of the chain connection through the pull-down device, and inserts the blocks on the chain into the square groove. The top belt device is responsible for pushing out the chain cloth behind the blocks. The machine combines the separated chains in the conveyor track. Welding, replacing manual operation with fully automatic devices, significantly improves work efficiency and saves manufacturing costs.
The bismark chain coupling machine can combine cross chains and curb chain with different wire diameters of 0.2-1.5mm into various styles of necklaces, such as two curb chains, cross chains, four curb chains, cross chains, six curb chains, cross chains, etc.
